We understand your time is valuable , As is ours. Please notify us 24 hours in advance when canceling your appointments, to avoid being charged for the service. We also require a major credit card to securing any appointment over 30 min. Platinum reserve the right to refuse service if you are more than 10 min late.
We are sorry, but gratuity is not accepted on credit cards or checks.
